Pumpkin Carving

 We carved two pumpkins and baked some seasoned pumpkin seeds this weekend.
 Papa had amazing concentration...even with me hanging from his back for much of the carving.
 It was a lot of work cleaning out the pumpkins.
 Karen helped mama sort seeds to be baked in the oven.
 I made sure there was nothing left inside.

 The pumpkins looked good by our front door.
 We tried some candles inside the pumpkins at night.

    The pumpkins look great and it looks like everyone got their hands gooey. What a fun and silly tradition, don't you think?
