Hill Repeats

I'm more than willing to jump in a workout with the team....even HILL REPEATS! Notice how I'm "stride for stride" with Josh - one of our top male distance runners...we've created a gap on the other runners.

How long do I have to hold it like this for the paint to dry??

Many emotions of a firefighter!

Demonstrating the intensity of an approaching fire with a high-pitched siren sound.....Whooooooaaooo!

Concentrating to use the equipment and attach my truck to the fire hydrant.

Extinguishing the flames with my hose. My parents say they enjoy watching my imagination develop.

Happy Anniversary Mama and Papa!

Yesterday (11/11/11) my parents celebrated their 10-year anniversary. It was fun hearing them reminisce about the past decade. After spending the day together as a family...my gift to my parents was a "date night"...just the 2 of them...out on the town. I stayed home with some of the college athletes on our team...we had a great time too...dancing, singing, playing with my tractors, reading books, and going on a scavenger hunt.

Favorite Foods Collage

Every week we get all sorts of ads in our mail box so instead of just recycling them - my mommy and I found a use for them; we worked on a food collage project. I had fun looking for my favorite foods, pasting them to the paper and designing the poster for our fridge!

Bobcat at the park

My mommy and I walked to the edge of a stream by our local park to feed the ducks...and to our surprise we startled a bobcat sleeping in the bushes. It definitely got my mom's heartbeat racing. I just kept saying....meeooowww!

Spotting the bobcat didn't scare me from climbing to the top of the tallest slide in the whole park to zoom down the 'big kid tunnel' all by myself!

Hi down there!

Weeee...that was fun!

Okay, what's next?!

Harvest Carnival

I dressed up like a triceratops for a harvest carnival this weekend.

I watched with patience as this clown made me a balloon that she called "monkey in a tree".

Here is the finished product. I held on to my balloon for much of the night - even insisting that I bring it in the bath tub with me.

My papa and I waited in line 3 times to go down a big bouncy slide!

Weeeeee! It's faster and steeper than it looks!
