We call ourselves the "weed patrol" when we help mama pull weeds outside. Who knew a tedious task could be so much fun with good company?! Sometimes we even get rewarded with a few worms to play with!

Pajamas and Pancakes
We got to wear PJ's to preschool this morning and our teachers served us green pancakes (for a belated St. Patrick's Day), fruit, and milk. Fun!
Saint Patrick's Day Scavenger Hunt
Yesterday we woke up to a scavenger hunt of clues left by a little leprechaun that led us all over the house.
One of our prizes "under the rainbow" at the end of the scavenger hunt was this box of new Spiderman Legos!

New Flannel Blankets
We went with mama to the fabric store, helped her measure, cut, and tie our new flannel blankets last week. What a fun project!
Exploring Dinosaurs!
Thank you Rieke 4 for the really cool science kits that come monthly to our doorstep. This month the theme was dinosaurs. Some of the activities included making these dinosaur fossils and a dinosaur hat and shoes (made out of felt) below.

Happy 3rd Birthday Karen!
Karen has been telling people for weeks she is having a "Batman Birthday Cake"! So Batman was the theme of her celebration this weekend and today.
Our little Batgirl chose to celebrate at Charlie Safarie's with all the fun jump houses, tree house, ropes, and slides.
Grandma D made Karen several beautiful dresses including this very special Batman dress (complete with a cape). Thank you!
Karen's Batman cake had her grandma Karen's famous fudge frosting on top. Yummy!
Karen loved playing with more gifts she opened today including this puzzle and ballerina outfit from Uncle Kevin and Auntie Teddy. Thank you!
Karen later served her new ice cream to her stuffed animals.
Holden drew a picture of Karen for her birthday. We love you K and can't believe you're three!
