Family party for Papa's birthday

Thanks grandma D for the fun father/son matching pirate shirts! We can't wait to wear them. Mine says "Little Beard" on the back and Papa's says "Grey Beard".

Outdoor Art Class With Papa

I'm not sure who had more fun (Papa or me) but it was a blast having him at my art class this week on the morning of his birthday.

One of world's largest helium balloons!

On the weekends, the Great Park in Irvine offers free rides on one of the world's largest helium (not hot air) balloons. It was the first of it's kind in the United States. We went up to an altitude of 400 feet!

My brother let me hold his helium balloon. I was so exhausted from the day, that I fell asleep right on the hard wood floor, yet I didn't let go of the balloon. Who needs a a soft surface to sleep on??
