Britt and I had a "Superman Abs" contest today. I'm still working on my 6-pack but I did hold this position longer than she did!
I enjoyed the beautiful weather today in the middle of the fairway as the team ran on the golf course. My parents are busy preparing to host their Conference Championship XC meet this Friday on the golf course.
Wow, look at you "Big Boy" sitting up all by yourself with no help. You keep working out with the team, and it won't be long before the Argos will be running after you. Hugs and kisses to you Holden. Grandma D loves you
