I can see why this rice dish (passed down from my great grandma Lola) has been my mommy's favorite dinner since she was a little girl. I gobbled it down!
This is a perfect day for this picture since the first time I had snow on the mountain was at a birthday party for your mom. (Maybe Sweet 16?) Tell your mom to have a very happy birthday (I can't get on email to send her a message) and give her extra hugs today!
