Karen brought tears to mama's eyes after papa put my old shoes on her and whispered something in her ear. She pointed to her feet and said, "I've got shoes just like Grandpa John". He was known to wear a blue work shirt and black Converse shoes. These are Karen's new favorites!
Those are big shoes to fill, indeed. I have no doubt that both of your parents would be so proud of you and your beautiful (inside and out) kids, Rach.
